hahaha anyway i wasnt that sad after all. and my finals timing was like 2 sec slower than my heats =/ zzz. yea i guess i wasnt focused enough and yea i practicallly just went there and run producing such WOW result tsktsk :P

pathetically i was the only sec 4 who went for today's trg at the stadium.
haha but trg was considered kind of fun; rahimah amanda and i did intervals in preparation for 400m this sat... until...
it's like a bowling ball crashing into the bowling pins
this person who dont even know the simple rule of running on a track suddenly came right into my lane and WHAM!
and the best part was i was running behind or close beside him on another lane and i m clueless what in the world was he thinking to actually change his
jogging laneand wow he's a student; not as if he's an old man or sth...but well old man does have a better sense of direction. godness gracious...
for a moment i was running and the next thing was i found myself on the ground.
i think my left shoulder gained the impact followed by my chin and cheek. so yea i think i fell side ways
after which i got up with my cheek and chin feeling so soar. and WOW! he was standing there looking at me. and for about 5 sec i was staring at him caused i felt darn angry (well i dont why too). and maybe at that pt in time i felt like punching his face hurh hurh. i think he apologised but SEE i dont really remember so it's no sincere =@ but i knew he was scared haha
hmmm then i started walking to rahimah and i dont knw why i wanted to cry. but i didnt la haha. hmm maybe i was afraid that i will be disfigured. but luckily there's only a slight wound on my chin and on my shoulder.
ok this incident pissed me off. and a junior of mine lost a part of my watch. as in the part where you slide the strap of the watch in )=. sigh. and back at home i nearly blasted at my sis-irritating evil germy person who intends to spread her virus to me >:[
