ARGHHHH!!! my thighs are aching so badly from last mon trg whereby we did some hop over the hurdles and starts trg. X( sighhh even have difficulty climbing up and down the 4 level of staircase =/
RAIN DROPS KEEP FALLING ON MY HEAD~oh nono i did carry an umbrella haha.
yea today's rain lasted really long so we trained indoors. and joking during trg really lightened our mood.

omg it's classic man HAHAso for schedule we did some exercises and proceeded on running outside the stadium - 2 X 10 X _m. hmmmm ran with amanda. based on my highly accurate foresight XD i predict she's got a bright future ahead HAHA! yup and we ran and ran; at last we completed the first set. mr tay said my hands were still swinging sideways which is bad. well i will try to change it and yeah i find that my speed was okay.
2nd set - mr tay told us to run with our batons. and sharks! i didnt bring. so i ended up running with my
umbrella. sheesh luckily it wasnt crowded cause i presumed it looked dumb running with an umbrella (ha obviously its the folded type). and we ran and ran and ran and wow within 20 minutes we're done! haha.

well it has been a long time since i last posted. has been really busy these few weeks. with cny and trg that makes me go all so tired; i've barely the energy to even play a full hour of the computer.
for today's trg we did slope trg. yay we've found a cedar garden haha! wells for today's schedule it wasnt really that tough. we had slope trg but the slope wasnt really steep. i find that my starts are still not reacting but my speed was still accpetable.
so it started to rain and we jogged back to the school. did drills indoors. it was quite fun. haha and i was able to
fly heh ^.^
oh wells. swift relay is cancelled. coming up its SPH relays!

"Jing tian mei you jie li" jiao lian said (meaning no relay)
it's as if we've been struck by lighting
sighhh then i asked why
and i think i rememebered her putting on a smirk saying i m waiting for you; you cant escape running long distances X( (cuz i didnt come for mon stadium trg)
Schedule- 2 X 500m
- 5 X 150m
- 2 X 100m hopping
so the long distance refers to 500m. surprisingly i didnt worry throughout my warm-ups; stretching; drills.
partially maybe because suzzie; sze; grace; siti and i were crapping to much =X but it relieves pressure and stress you know ;P su ting siti and i started off earlier. the pace was much faster this time round. however, it seems it's always the same problem of not pushing at the last part. yea i know most of it comes from mental. but i'm afriad of my hamstring/butt injury... the second set; we joined the others. and jiao lian nearly pulled me over to run with the andersons.
but well i m stubborn the first part of the run wasnt really able to take the lead cause i m trapped within the crowd. yea my last part was much better with strong finishing. and WOW! clara was SUPER-DUPER fast! AHAHA! GOT HOPE LOL. today the long-d also had time-trials. it's really tough competition...
both my shin hurt like crazy when doing the 150m. ~*#*($&%&@*(#*(%^+ annual injury...this is the 4th yr. once again. the competiton is there. in between walking back recovery i feel as if i m drifting among the clouds. luckily i m still able to complete the schedule. timings wise; it was rather constant
yea did some hopping thingy for 100m. well at least it's better than bounding and it didnt kill my shin.
suddenly rahimah muscles started craming up and she was moaning in such a way tat gracelyn says she's
in labour -.-" luckily she was fine after which. and gracelyn says ITS A BOY! ... dotz
she hallucinating la HAoh my. FRI getting back o levels chi results!
pls pls pls i want tt A1 oh! CNY is next week. i am so not done with my new year clothes!!! )=

Schedule- 3 X 80m power run with 2kg of weights
- 3 X 80m power run [alternate]
- 8 X 80m running and bounding (per leg)
This post shall be short. Schedule looks tough but luckily i didnt feel that deadbeat. oh and my left leg bounding is bad. in total i ran 1120m. LOL
i need to pull through! coursework drives ppl nuts! TESTS makes me go googaga
bleah dont even know what am i talking so you see... i need to CHIONG!
