HAPPY BIRTHDAY TAY SZZZEEEEEE MIN

Schedule
- 5 X 30m
- 3 X 100m
- 2 X 300m
- 3 X 20 human lift (i did 2 sets; back was aching)
- 3 X 15 butt kick (person behind)
- 3 X 20 push ups

today trg wasnt really tough cause no 500m =P well but i did quite badly for the last set of 100m and 300m sighhh. oh and bday girl starts is so freaking fast and full of explosiveness! o.O despite being taller i still lagged behind. at least for the first part XP. yea i am glad i managed to hit close 13 sec for 100m but my endurance level is still rather low. 300m i beat my last 300m timing but still not good enough. ): and during my 2nd set my hamstring/butt was straining so much tt i cldnt lift my left leg up for the last 100m and i was limping my way through. it seems like i need some mental trg maybe weights trg cld help a bit in the strengthening of leg muscles...

ha and jiao lian was saying that the diameter of her thighs when she was peaking was 57cm. and we got so curious we started to use the measuring tape to measure ours. my oh my my thighs are huge. and they are of different diameters ): aye 1cm only ha oh and cause jiao lian meaured for us she said she's like the butcher measuring pig trotters. ZZZZZZZZ

exercises. some guang yang ppl said the human lift exercise acted as if we are lesbians. -.-'' what in the world are these ppl thinking huh... well sad case for them for thinking about such nonsense. anyway we proceeded on to butt kick and then to push ups. ha after doing the first set my arm muscle felt quite sturdy ha. as we were kneeling down i said that it's as if we are praying. then jiao lian came along and stood in front of us and said "na ni men jiu bai wo ba" meaning telling us to pray to her -.-" hurh hurh. after pulling through the push ups i cant feel my poor arms.

then trg ended. we ate sze min bday choc cake; took some pictures and left at about 7pm...late late late

we had laughing sessions for today's trg. ha thanks to the rain.

well we've trg in school basically. yup the four of us plus clara. gracelyn and i supposedly were to do starts while the others trained hurdles. then it started pouring real hard. and we did some exercises indoors at the d&t block. the drills were exceptionally different from what we had used to do. hmmm but i think we did those b4 long long time ago. and i cldnt get the salsa dancing drills right. oh oh! and there was something mentioned whereby sze actually think crook! ha szeeeee innocent no more eh? HAHA aye and we laughed and laughed and talked and talked until the trg ended. and yes we talked about our future plans that lies ahead. thinking about o'levels and junior colleges simply drives me crazy

oh yes! there was relay trg on wed. it went quite well. zone passing and 2 full rounds. yup yup


it was said to be that listening to fast techno; trance; dance music makes you run faster or something up to you to believe (:

phew luckily its relays (:

well i've missed two trg due to some reasons. anyway today was relay trg! but i sense some real exhausting schedule on this coming mon =/ mind you...my sixth sense can be accurate at times k haha. hmmmm we tried all sorts of runners ranging from -1st to 4th runner. oh! and i find striding kind of tiring =S. after which we did try-out passing at the curve. the passing was rather smooth but coming to our first full run it screwed up. anyway its fun run so it turned out to be funny ha! 2nd runner nearly tripped; 3rd runner also tripped; 4th runner tripped and nearly fell flat on the ground. erm ya i was the 4th runner aye... and after the run all of us were laughing. yea and i need to raise my hands higher though. weeee i rest while the other 4 did the runs. yay! the passing is much smoother now! and trg ended...........THE END ^.^

- 2 X 20 per leg butt kick with tubing
- 2 X 20 per leg leg pushing action forward with tubing

- 2 X 20 per leg hurdle exercise with tubing

today we did few number of runs but long long distance! maybe i m getting use to running 500m. my timings for the three runs were quite close. i tried to maintain my speed throughout all the 500ms. though my pace was acceptable, my strides werent big enough. my hamstring was hurting quite a bit after my runs. the rest were exercises. really. today everyone were so talkative. haha the whole trg were full of laughters. and we talked nonsensical things. haha i suddenly thought of mary! hahahahaha =D

we expected short distance sprinting for today's training. and gods knows what, jiao lian disclosed the schedule right at the start of trg. zzz. well 60m was fine. but jiao lian says i cant seemed to grasp my speed. wasnt really able to gain full speed. i pushed more in my 2nd set. yea it was really tiring. as in my legs were feeling kind of soar.sigh. my thighs feels huge. )= and the sec 1s says my legs muscles are obvious. sad sad sad sad and for your info muscles are three times heavier than fats! so that explains most of my weight comes form the lower part of my body! ok 300m. my timing its way off my pb. i guess most of my energy was used up for the 60m. and my timings gtt worse to worst. ): eee! my throat feels weird. ahaha random...

the gifted(s) are MIA, attending the gifted programme while the ungifted(s) are not in the gifted programme and had to attending trg instead of the gifted programme. and so the gifted(s) will be back on mon for trg after attending the last day of the gifted programme, to tell us how gifted they are unlike the ungifted ones.oh and the gifted(s) are to give the ungifted ones gifts!!! HAHA! whole bunch of crap

- 2 X 20 girlstyle push-ups
- 2 X 15 butt kick (person behind to hold the leg)
- 2 X 20 abdominal exercise (person behind to push legs down)

we started off training with jiao lian telling us the schedule of the day -.- (only for the running part). at that point of time we were in shock. haha and throughout our warm-ups and drills we were worrying about how to run that oh-so-long eeky horrible 500m. to console myself of the horrible timing that i will be doing, i didnt want to take my timing. so yea i didnt. but my pace was at an acceptable speed i presumed. just that i've this habit of not pushing at the last long-long-long 100m stretch.hoho no latic acid heh. means not pushing! so at the second set, i decided take my timing. weeeee i did it in 1min41sec. nothing proud though. but jiao lian complimented me *beams* (oh but she did scold me for the lack of high-knee lift at the last part). we proceeded to 200m after which. today bishan stadium is exceptionally crowded. so it's good to look left look right before crossing the track in case you get crash down by a human hurh hurh ok well on the whole 200m was fairly well done. didnt want to push myself to the limit in case my ham-string starts straining. hoho and we completed our exercises real fast. woohoo i can see flatter tummy now =D

luckily today's trg started off with a cool weather. had a slight migrane. seriously imparting skills is real hard work. nono shld be teaching the art of cedar drills hurh hurh. well but the sec ones are real fast learners; unlike when i was a sec 1 kiddo... so before we started our schedule, we did many many try-outs bounding. bound; bound; bound! bound from the horizonal of the track to the vertical. felt like a deer. but it really did help. haahaa we are all flying deers! however my butt still unknowlingly stuck out. -.- better improve and push my hip forward. after which was 150ms. i was on the brink of dying of exhaustion after the first set. the first 3 runs i managed to hit jiao lian targetted timing of 23 sec. but after the 3rd one i felt latic acid all over my body. yea and i missed the expected timing for the rest of the two runs. well needless to say my second set was disatrous.at a point in time i really wanted to give up ok i missed the expected timing by a whole 4sec but i did improve as the number of runs increases. but still not good enough =( hmmm... guess we should do more sprinting work-ups. my endurance during sprinting isnt there at all ): during cool down we did splits! my inflexibility is getting the better of me haha that explains why i never gottenan A for sit & reach. 1 point away from full marks!
