since jiao lian is back i shall start blogging (:
Schedule `2 sets of 6X120m
`3X20 waist exercise (swirly whirly)
`3X30m legs pumping action (legs off grd)
`3X30 backraisers
As per normal, started off training with 10 mins of warm-up and stretches. well practically died for the 100m of drills esp extension, cant even lift up my legs nearing the end. oh wells but the worst has yet to come. After my first set of 6X120m, my hands and legs turned jelly (result of losing excess water the few past days =S ), head was extremely giddy. Glad to say i pulled through the last set. HAHA by the old technique of closing my eyes when i run. But most importantly it's to keep calm and maintaining own's breathing.
After which was those exercises. The swirly whirly excercise made my head go tipsy. Partnered gracelyn and we finished it fast! The next excercise was so tiring. It worked on my back, abdominal and legs muscles. ok backraisers...SUPERMAN!
END OF TRG! well ate lunch at school canteen. Practised farewell dance. SUPER-DUPER hilarious esp the 'Qiang' part. Well all the seniors got to do it's to sit back, relax and erm
enjoy the performance...
